You say that I was chosen

I am wondering how or why I was chosen to be part of what sounds to be a magnificent future. My whole life I have always been much heavier that everyone else and for the most part never fit in with the crowd.
So, I am wondering what about me or why was I chosen to be a part of this?
At what seems like every turn I am ask to pay money for something so I can’t help but be curious as to is this just a scheme to make someone else rich like most work at home schemes or if at some point in time I will begin to reap rewards of a greatly better life than I’ve always known.
