work stagnation

hi , thank you for inviting me to become a noetch member ,I do school maintenance and was becoming very bored with my job , and was stagnating ,after a change of principals and reading my heirloom books ive had a change of attitude , I resigned from the union which was restricting my duties and wages , I now enjoy going to work although only part time and im trying to get my own business up and running , this is the second time around ,although things are tough and im slugging away im positive thing can only get better financialy , im sure the romantic part will come when the time is right , so again thank you and im looking forward to the next year,
