When will Level II start

Good Morning Mark and Steve,

It is now January 27 and I am wondering when I will be allowed to go on to Level II, This is my third message to you and I have yet to be responded to. Am I missing some requirement or step from Level One? I joined the Neothink Active Membership, but was told that the system was not working and the money was refunded and I would be notified when the site was active again…which I have not heard regarding the update. I am so excited about the future, however I don’t understand why there are so many blocks being put in the way. I suppose now I am panicky because I am dealing with COVID (recovering slowly). So, please respond to me so that I know we are going in the right direction and I can continue learning and growing. This world we live in has made so may promises, false illusions. But I believe I found the truth through NEOTHINK. Please take me to the next step.
