What Is The Value That You See In Me?

I have faithfully read the letters, and the heirloom books that you have supplied, My question: On the initial letter that you sent to me, you indicated that there where qualities and values that you saw in me that made me qualify as a candidate for the Neothink society. What qualities and values did you see in me? I have been doing a lot of self-examining and have yet to see what you apparently see. I will say that what you do describe as a stagnation trap is what I have felt without even knowing that is what I was feeling. I feel that there has to be more to working than simply bringing home a paycheck. I know I am rambling but the thoughts come to me that way.

At 78 I have always thought myself as a looser and not able to retain much unless I read or hear things over and over again. A feeling of failure has come over me when ever I try a new project all my life. To really absorbe what you are trying to teach is a very difficult thing for me. Study study study is the only way I have ever been able to remember anything.

Is there any way I can get rid of this feeling? How can I learn quickly? My power of consintration has got me over a barrell. This is where I need help the most.
