Mark, hat’s off to your father and to you for sharing his work. Fully integrated honesty is the toughest yardstick to follow, but the more we espouse it the more it challenges us. What if your value creation is a service such as real estate which is competitive in itself yet it must interface with everything that relates to the home and the people in it at a time when the people you serve have access to the full market and want free service?
