Hello Mark, I must say that reading manuscripts I, II, III in the order provided of III, I, II was quite enlightening and made a lot of sense, but probably for different reasons you may think. You provided me the last few puzzle pieces that when fit into my personal puzzle explained everything that has happened in my professional career. Now, for the first time in my life I was able to know why things happened, when I was actually in a value creation environment then all of a sudden everything went south, never to recover. All the politics and illusions destroyed the productive environment. I look forward to getting back to working with like-minded people and sustaining that elusive value creation environment. Thanks.
