I have to say I have spent my life atetempting to do exacatly as your teachings suggest. The sad part is I run up against a wall when I speak about it. In reading the 3 heirlooms the main thing I mneed to do is focus on the integrated thinking and not get side tracked by the minutia of naqysayers
