As far back as I can remember was in my crib that I shared with my younger brother jumping up and down because daddy is back. I was still in diapers. The next thing was my dad praising me for drawing a good Woody Wood Pecker. Now thanks to you sir Mr. Hamilton I am starting to draw again and Writing songs again with more enthusiasm and creativity then when I was in my twenties. All my life I’ve been called a dummy even when I see it in their eyes. But to me it was always a let down because I knew deep inside there was something more to it all that I possessed a talent beyond my piers. I can draw and write songs and poetry. My dad wrote poetry and one song but he could not draw very well. I’ve got more than thirty songs and one made air play here in Seattle in a song writing contest in 2006.I still remained a plumber and driver laborer most of my life ,so I have missed out. I wanted to go to art school but a councilor said I might as well be a rock star(good luck with that). My dreams were shot down. Now I’m tired and bent but it’s not to late for me. You caught me just in time. I’m still a slow reader. It’s amazing that I can create things but can’t read well. Practice makes prefect. Thank You Mr. Mark Hamilton.
