Mini-Day Schedule

Hi Mark. When I received your letter I immediately ordered the heir-loom packages. They have been a blessing and that something more I was needing. I have always been highly motivated and business is what I think about all the time. I have been blessed to be doing what I love to do, yet the heirlooms helped to revive me and help to take better control of my distribution company. I am struggling immensely implementing the mini-day schedule into my route sales. I find that I can schedule a percentage of time to deliveries and something always gets in the way (i.e. the retailer takes too long, they are busy at the store, there are other vendors in line). Is it possible to take control of these outside factors? and how?
