Level 01 Introduction Meeting

Steve, through this first meeting, my life is now beginning to come into focus. Let me start by giving you a brief story of my life so far. I am 70 years old, I have two sons and a daughter, and I have a wonderful wife of 46 years. All of my children are true successes in their own right. I could go on forever on their individual accomplishments, but for now, let’s say that I am blessed to be their father. I was smittened at the very first sight of my wife and we married after our first date. With my wife’s love and devotion she helped put me through college and I graduated with a MS degree in Mechanical Engineering from a nationally known university. Not bad for a heretofore poor student who constantly struggled in school. My dad worked for 35 years in an anti-civilization job and afterward worked for another 35 years as a successful self employed businessman. He lived the Neo-Think life and didn’t know it! I had my own successes for over 30 years as a project manager of numerous engineering projects. Some of them nationally known. I retired wealthy, happy and satisfied. It’s now my turn to make the same decision as my dad to become a self-leader and to break into “a new way of thinking.” Thanks to Neo-Think, I can make this transition. I am energetically looking forward to entering the word of Neo-Think. However, I realize that I need to work on my motivation. As a project manager, I was motivated by “pride of accomplishment.” I was a builder and it was important to me to have my fingerprints on important and prestigious projects. As with most successful people, I now want to have the motivation to utilize my knowledge and experiences and to fulfill my best expectations. With your help and all of the other senior mentors, and of course, Mr. Hamilton’s, I am looking forward to continuing my education in the Neo-Think Society to find the motivation I need to fulfill my human potential.
