learning how to keep track of where I am in this blessed course

I just started some memory medications to help me that appears to be working some. Is there any way to check what integrations & level I just did or need to do? I am lost some what, but be memory meds take a month to see if it is working. The memory has started off with improvement sense I just started the meds a couple days ago.
