Job Value Creation?

Hi,
thank you for selecting me to be a part of Neothink! I look forward to a progressive journey. Question, how can one create values in a job that exploits your work ethic for its own advantage but doesn’t reward YOU for the productivity you contribute? Is it simply time to move to another job or hopefully have your own business? Many of the jobs I have had recognize me as one of their most productive workers but they have been hamster wheel jobs, jobs of stagnation that lead nowhere- no raises, no promotions as these companies are only interested in profits for themselves but don’t reward their employees. Thus, there is no incentive at these companies that have a socialistic structure as everyone gets the same pay regardless of who contributes more. Any Ideas on that and how can you turn that situation around where your abilities are recognized and rewarded?

I conduct my life in a logical fashion…. I have chosen this method because it has allowed me to protect myself emotionally. There is sooo much data in the books, that I am not quite sure what I am absorbing. Is it normal to be this overwhelmed, or am a fighting myself?
