Had it and lost it

I found my Friday night essence at 20 and played at my job for years, I also made money and was happy. 35 years later I am still working at the same job, have my own business and have been dragged down by the grind of owning a business and have lost my spark. I want to find the spark again and love my life, I just don’t know if I have to find something different of can get myself back to playing at work.
