gradually happens

I am actually a level 2 apprentice who has came back to review the level 1 meeting and upon reviewing
I have come to realize that alot of the topics discussed by my mentor Mark Hamilton have come to be true. I didnt realize it as it was happening but i have been going through a transformation in my life , with the way i feel and the way i look at things. I believe that it is a gradual change and not something that just happens overnight like i believe so many of us expected. I didnt even realize it was happening, but ive been rebuilding myself by losing weight, walking, letting go of past pain (emotional). Its like there is a unseen catalyst. It might not always be the catalyst you would choose yourself but it has worked. Kind of like the saying God works in mysterious ways. I couldnt see it til i went back and reviewed after a month.
