Emotional Wealth

I am very interested in gaining emotional wealth, this is something that I regard as being of paramount importance to my growth as an individual. Are “emotional wealth” and “Friday Night Essence” basically synonymous? The ongoing issue that seems to have plagued me for years is not having enough time. I am open to any suggestions that would allow me to properly prioritize my many ambitions.
