Feedback for Video Series 1

I followed the recommended steps in the Neothink books and viewed all videos (Series 1). It does make sense, but I’m still not sure about the entire video series. How is this suppose to work every month? Am I suppose to just come back the 1st of every month here and proceed? Please advise.
