Level 1 Integration – I’m trying

It was good to participate today. I have been struggling a bit recently with blocked motivation. There is a lot of negativity in my family that I am trying to escape and find that interactions or even a daily phone call can paralyze me from moving forward. I have been moving slowly forward and look forward to being completely in a zone ‘playing’. It is so sad to admit the lack of happiness within my family. I feel I need to get away, but have also been unable to make any major decisions. I am at a perfect point in my life to start fresh. Any suggestions to help me get on track?
