Hi Mark,

I’m 73 and having Med. problems, which are being cared for in Florida, that I bought a house for. I’ve been playing all my life doing things I wanted to to enjoy life with my wife and 5 children The one thing I found, after talking to my 50 yr. old daughter was, “Why didn’t you have more time to spend with us”. The only answer I could give was that I spent all my time trying to give you all, the clothes, cars and trips etc. so you all would perceive our world as a tiny place where we can do anything we want and enjoy what we get out of it.
As I looked at the past now, I can see that by having fun and enjoying what I was doing; being an auto dealer,a paving contractor and building a shopping center at the same time was good for me, but not for my children. I was using up my body to please my mind.
That’s why I’m a Neothiner and why I need some help to grt back to that mind set again. I believe that since my father died when I was 13 yrs old I stayed at that age and continued to have some fun in life and was lucky to find a women that let me do the things that made me happy. We now have 3 homes, in Calif.,Florida and Hawaii plus a small apartment complex in Calif. I’m looking for a larger Apt.
complex in Texas, so my wife Lachrasha can come half way from Calif. (where she lives) to florida to rest before we start traveling again. I’ve tried to do a 1031 exchange with our $500,000.00 apartments for a place in Texas, and have a commercial bank in NY to finance but haven’t found a place in the $2 to $3 million range that has worked out yet. If any one could help with this situation, so I can continue with my “creating value” for my family which is now a tribe of 27 people.
