integrating at work

1. Hi. I have been trying to integrate my mini-day at work to be more efficient, but I am now being threatened with termination if I don’t do things exactly their stagnant ways. Even though I have gotten more education, I still have not been offered a better position where I can learn and help others learn how to “play”. How do I find some source of income to be able to grow?

2. Even though my Friday Night Essence has been playing music and performing since I was 8 years old, I have never been able to make enough to call it a living. Even though I have appeared on many albums and other recordings that are published, I have never been able to get the right promotion. I would like to know if there is a better way to get my values where they can be noticed? I realize that entertainment is not considered a true FNE but writing and performing have always been that “rush” of living for me. Any suffesteions on how to get pointed in the right direction?
