Confliction

I am conflicted about a couple of things,1. Iknow what my Friday night essence is but, can not go resume following it whithout the money to complete our house after having move due to foreclosure on our house of 10 years. 2.I have begun enjoying my job more & am being asked to move up in the company but, I already find it difficult to leave my family to go to work, feeling like they don’t get enough of my time as it is, if I move up in the company they will get even less! How do I manage this, when I am already falling asleep while spending time with them?
