Mr. Hamilton I see from finding your Friday Night Essence how it would help someone follow their true path in life. In reading visions one and two several times we have all been suppressed in not following our essence.
The passage about Hope from Vision one helping us rekindle our motivation and downstream focus was intriguing. I now understand that when one finds their true calling/Friday Night essence of who they are meant to be–that everything will be like playing when you love what you do. Tied to what someone said “DO WHAT YOU LOVE and LOVE WHAT YOU DO”
The hardest part to finding your Essence that I found was admitting that in the exercises in tracking your daily activities–was what a boring routine I had and Rut that I was stuck in. I found that after much searching that I have my essence tied to the ARTS. From the readings and finding my essence I wrote down what Essence means to me:

To believe in ones self is a struggle within all of us. To create and live, to bring joy and happiness–is a commitment to the soul. To free ourselves from the bondage that has held us back–that of wanting to be lead instead of our own Self-Leader within us as we clear the cob-webs that have grown thick throughout the ages in our minds. We must become open to the consciousness that others have known–to accept our potential that lies within us that will shed the Light to our Greater Purpose.

I understand that we are all valuable and have much to offer when we find our Essence and create.
