Communicate with the Univers

Last ten years I have been thinking on how to communicate direct to the Univers and also to the UFO’s out there. I have today I think, a solution on how. By laser.
But I have not the finance to bay the equipment. I’m an earlier radio operator in tne Norwegian merchant marine. Now I’m 71 years old. Has someone else done it?
