Level 1 Integration

This was my first meeting and it was fantastic. I have read most of the Heirloom documents but I have not finished. I am anxious to review Visions 1, 2 and the Climax and to study the specific tools again. As I was listening to Mark and reading his responses to questions I began to formulate a Friday night Essence. It needs more thought but it was interesting to me that his meeting material prompted this response on my part. I am more interested in “chewing” on this material than in quickly moving to the next level because there is so much more to absorb.
