I am eager to start the processes that lead to creation and leadership. I have had many creative and fulfilling jobs in my career. Now at age 82 I am deeply involved in seeking solutions to anti-aging and longevity.
The one thing I am lacking — and clearly need — is the energy to pursue my ambitions and goals. Diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome at age 50, I have been seeking solutions to fatigue ever since and have become a longtime customer of Life Extension and user of its many excellent supplements. However, as someone still working 4 days a week to supplement my Social Security income, I am too tired at end of day — and at end of my work-week — to pursue much of anything.
One of my goals is longevity — I’m currently aiming to make it to age 125. So many of my contemporaries have fallen into the societal traps of aging — acting “old,” (like a geezer for men, a little old lady for women), dressing and walking and talking and thinking in conventionally elder modes. I have successfully avoided those traps. My co-workers at the Metropolitan Opera can’t believe my age (I’m stuck in a boring post-retirement customer service call-center job, selling tickets and answering questions and solving problems by phone.)
I have ideas for at least 3 books I want to write and publish, and a blog/website idea that I want to turn into a business. But right now I just don’t have the energy to put any of this into action. If I can solve this energy issue, it will definitely contribute to the knowledge needed for longevity, health and eternal life. But now I need help doing that — finding nutritional and other non- medical solutions to renew and revitalize one’s (my) energy. This is where I most need help right now. I look forward to joining the local meetings and talking with other members and swapping ideas.
Thanks for listening. And thanks for extending to me the opportunities offered through your program.
