2nd time

Hi! Mark,
I went through the 1st meeting for the 2nd time today, and I feel a little more grounded in the material. Interestingly enough, It felt like a brand new meeting, for some of the material just didn’t register, I guess. At least, consciously.
I found that the 1st, time I felt overwhelmed by it all, and needed time to just “sit and be with it all.” I call the process “inviting it over for tea.”
I’m now able to look at my past and see where I need to “up” my play energy for the future.
I also missed some things the 1st time around, as if I’d been to 2 different meetings. The mind is a funny thing. Now I’m going back to the vol.2 material that you mentioned and I’m going to join the website as well, for some support. Thanks for all, Loretta
